Open Access License Transition (CC-BY-NC to CC-BY), Effective From 2026
Effective January 1, 2026, Elmer Press Inc. has adopted the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY) as the standard open access license for all newly published articles.
Articles published prior to January 1, 2026 remain licensed the Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial License (CC BY-NC) under which they were originally published. The licensing terms of previously published content are not altered retroactively.
Authors retain copyright of their work under both licensing models.
